SHIPPING POLICY

At Don’t Be That Dude we work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. In some instances, processing time can take up to 72 hours. Please allow up to 72 hours to receive your package(s) tracking information.  Please be aware that Don’t Be That Dude must use USPS for all deliveries due to the PACT ACT.  To see a list of the states that we are unable to ship to, please visit our FAQ page. 
We strive to provide the best service, with the highest regards to quality and shipping.  We ship orders from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days (most orders are shipped within less than 24 hours from purchase). However, the time it takes for your package to be delivered depends on your chosen shipping method.

All orders purchased after 1pm on Fridays will not ship out until the following Monday as our warehouses are closed on weekends.

First Class Mail shipping takes between 1-7 business days after being shipped.
Priority Mail takes between 1-5 business days.
UPS Ground takes 1-5 business days and UPS 2nd Day takes 2 business days.

There is no guaranteed delivery date, the number of days you see at checkout is only an estimate.

The shipping time estimation starts when your package has been shipped, which can take as many as 3 business days after your purchase has been processed.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-RETURNABLE UNLESS YOUR PACKAGE IS UNDELIVERED DUE TO A POST OFFICE ERROR OR COMES WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT.  WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS UNDELIVERED DUE TO A POST OFFICE ERROR OR YOUR PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED WHEN RECEIVED WE ONLY OFFER A PRODUCT REPLACEMENT AT THE DISCRETION OF DON’T BE THAT DUDE, LLC. 

We’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The shipping cost is non-refundable. We only ship to the United States.  We strive to ensure maximum customer satisfaction with every purchase.
